The trademark rights to the medal data are owned by the Japan Wine Challenge and any unauthorised reproduction or alteration is strictly prohibited (enlargement or reduction is not a problem).
If the winners use the respective medals for the purpose of advertising print, television or other promotional purposes, the awards shall be deemed to belong to the Japan Wine Challenge.
